So, you may have noticed the break this week– I’ve been “feeling under the weather” as it were, so I haven’t been able to write much. I’ve been reading books instead– by the way, Graceling by Kristin Cashore and Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson are both incredibly good. I’m sad Cashore only has two other novels and that the sequel to Steelheart doesn’t come out until January.
Anyway, I was able to tweet for a little while about what it’s like to have PCOS and try to live in American culture, and I’ve storified it with some additional comments. I think it’s important for people to talk about chronic illness of all kinds and the realities we face.
